CLOUD, NETWORKS & SYSTEMS

Keep the foundations working.

Cloud accounts, office networks, servers and backups often grow one decision at a time. We help you understand what you have, who is responsible for it and what needs attention, then manage the agreed parts of that environment.

Discuss Cloud & infrastructure

SOUND FAMILIAR?

When it is time
for a little help.

  • Important systems have no clear owner or documentation.
  • Cloud services and costs have grown harder to keep track of.
  • A move, migration or office change is coming up.

WHAT WE CAN HELP WITH

Practical work. Clear ownership.

01

Cloud administration

Review the environment, permissions and service configuration. Coordinate routine administration, maintenance and changes for the systems in scope.

02

Office networks

Help with network planning, connectivity troubleshooting and coordination across internet providers, Wi-Fi equipment and local infrastructure.

03

Backups and recovery

Identify what is backed up, who checks it and how recovery is tested. Discuss recovery requirements with the business instead of assuming every system has the same priority.

04

Monitoring and cost visibility

Agree which events need attention, where alerts go and how issues are escalated. Review recurring cloud costs and unused resources where access and tools permit.

MAKE THE SCOPE CONCRETE

Know what
you are getting.

We turn the assessment into an agreed scope, with responsibilities and a way to review progress.

  • An infrastructure inventory and responsibility map
  • Documentation for the systems under management
  • A prioritised maintenance and improvement plan
  • Agreed monitoring, backup and escalation responsibilities

What to agree separately

Cloud consumption, software licences and hardware remain separate costs unless explicitly included. Migrations, recovery exercises and large changes need their own scope. Monitoring does not by itself guarantee uptime or recovery.

WHERE WE START

A sensible sequence.

  1. 1

    Map the environment

Understand the systems, dependencies, access and business-critical workflows.

  2. 2

    Agree priorities

Identify urgent gaps and define the scope, maintenance windows and approvals.

  3. 3

    Take over carefully

Coordinate access and documentation before changing important systems.

BEFORE YOU DECIDE

Fair questions.

Can you work with our existing cloud accounts?

We assess your current environment first. Keeping accounts under business ownership is usually preferable to creating unnecessary new ones.

Can you reduce our cloud bill?

We can investigate usage, unused resources and suitable configuration changes. Savings depend on the environment and are not guaranteed.

Is a backup the same as disaster recovery?

No. A backup is a copy of data; recovery also involves access, systems, dependencies, testing and the time it takes to resume work.
