Website terms

Information, not a service agreement

This website describes services that may be included in an agreed proposal. An enquiry does not create a service contract or purchase commitment. Coverage, response targets, availability, fees and responsibilities only apply as set out in the agreement accepted by both parties.

Guides and the cost calculator

Guides provide general planning information. The calculator uses editable illustrative assumptions, not our prices or market averages. Its results depend on your inputs and do not include every possible cost or assess the suitability of either option. Verify assumptions before making a decision.

Third-party products and pricing

References to cloud, software or AI services do not imply a partnership, endorsement or certification. Provider availability, functionality, terms and pricing can change. Supported optimisation and volume pricing depend on the workload, eligibility and provider approval; savings are not guaranteed.

Using the website

Provide accurate enquiry information and use the site for lawful business purposes. Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with operation, submit harmful content or use the enquiry form to send secrets or sensitive information.

Content and links

You may use and print the guides for internal business planning. Do not present the website content or representative imagery as your own business credentials. External sites, where linked, have their own terms and privacy arrangements.
