User and device support
Troubleshoot common laptop, desktop, email, connectivity and business-software issues. Record the problem, agree its priority and coordinate the next action.
MANAGED IT SUPPORT
When a laptop stops working or a new starter cannot get into their accounts, someone in your business ends up becoming the unofficial IT department. We help take that responsibility off their desk, with an agreed support process and clear ownership.

WHAT WE CAN HELP WITH
Troubleshoot common laptop, desktop, email, connectivity and business-software issues. Record the problem, agree its priority and coordinate the next action.
Use a repeatable checklist for account creation, access approval, equipment setup and access removal. Keep business ownership of key administrator accounts.
Help manage business email, collaboration tools, permissions and basic account hygiene. Changes follow your approval rules.
Plan routine updates and device checks within the agreed scope, and coordinate with your internet, hardware or software suppliers when their help is needed.
MAKE THE SCOPE CONCRETE
We turn the assessment into an agreed scope, with responsibilities and a way to review progress.
Support hours, response targets, on-site attendance, remote access and supported software are agreed in writing. Replacement equipment, licences, major projects and after-hours work are itemised separately unless your proposal includes them.
WHERE WE START
Identify the users, applications and recurring issues that matter most.
Set support channels, access permissions, priorities and escalation responsibilities.
Document the environment, plan the handover and start with the most disruptive problems.
BEFORE YOU DECIDE
Yes. A shared arrangement can cover routine tickets, specific systems or specialist work while your employee retains internal ownership. Responsibilities need to be clear on both sides.
No coverage is assumed. Support windows, response expectations and any after-hours arrangements are agreed in the proposal.
Your business should retain ownership of its accounts, data and equipment. Administrative access is granted for the agreed work and documented.
LET’S TALK IT
