FROM FIRST CONVERSATION TO ONGOING SUPPORT

Know what comes next.

A clear process makes it easier to hand over responsibilities without losing control. We work through the setup, scope and transition with you.

1

Listen before changing things

We start with the team, systems and recurring problems. Tell us what is critical, what has changed and what would make the biggest difference.

Useful starting point: approximate team size, key applications, current support and upcoming changes.

2

Understand the environment

We agree what can be reviewed and how access is provided. The assessment identifies dependencies, ownership gaps and immediate priorities.

No passwords or keys in the enquiry form. Any technical access is arranged separately through an agreed secure process.

3

Write down the scope

The proposal sets out covered users and systems, responsibilities, support windows, charges and exclusions. You can see what is included before committing.

Service fees, hardware, licences, cloud usage, model usage and projects are distinguished. Targets only apply when agreed in writing.

4

Plan a careful handover

We coordinate documentation, accounts and responsibilities. Changes follow an agreed sequence, with an owner for each action.

Existing provider notice periods, access and business-critical dates determine the transition plan.

5

Keep reviewing what matters

Once work starts, we track the agreed activities, identify recurring issues and revisit priorities as the business changes.

The service review format and frequency belong in your scope. New projects and changes need your approval.

LET’S TALK IT
